Voluntary sector arts organisations sometimes struggle to find people with the skills and expertise needed to take their organisations forward, and occasionally cannot recruit people to take care of the basic functions of their board.  Your board may have plenty of artistic experience, but might lack financial or marketing skills, for example.  Arts & Business have set up their Board Bank scheme to help organisations in scenarios like these.

The Arts & Business Board Bank is a free service for not-for-profit arts & heritage organisations, helping you to recruit talented and experienced business people to your board. Arts & Busniess can help you if you are looking for a new trustee with human resources expertise, strategic vision or financial skills, and they will do their best to match you up with the right person.
